NA 045 Rubber Technology Standards Committee
The Rubber Technology Standards Committee (FAKAU) is the responsible committee for standardization in the rubber industry and located in Frankfurt am Main. FAKAU is part of the Deutsches Institut für Normung e. V. (DIN), Berlin, and due to its close relation to the working issues affiliated with the German Rubber Association (wdk). Among its responsibility for the national standardization in the field of rubber technology FAKAU represents the German interests in European committees (CEN) and International committees (ISO). Together with its committees, FAKAU organizes the take over of European standards in its working field into the German standardization work.
